The company regularly offers guaranteed capital funds. As their name suggests, these funds guarantee the return of capital invested in the fund when the investment reaches full term(*).
These products are often called structured products, as they require structuring of underlying assets and a specific asset management mechanism in order to guarantee your capital full term.
There are a large number of guaranteed capital products. The company is responsible for making the selection from the market. In addition, the company may also ask a financial product structuring professional to create a fund that meets the criteria that we have set.
Furthermore, as in the case of external investment funds, the company is entirely prepared to look into any commercial project related to the launch of a structured product offering a capital guarantee.
It is important to note that in the case of this type of arrangement, the company never enters into financial commitments with the structurer. Partners must undertake any commitments requested or we must work with products for which no contribution of upstream financial guarantee is necessary.
The company must study legal provisions (Circular 04/8) and technical constraints associated with the feasibility of incorporating the structured product. During this study, we also ensure that the product proposed meets the quality standards required by the company in terms of selection of investment supports.
(*) Please note this guarantee does not take account of insurance charges levied under the terms of the contract.
